"Good overall, just wish invoices were easier to find"
I’ve had a smooth experience with the billing side of things. Changing my plan wasn’t a big deal, which made me feel a lot less stressed about managing it. I also appreciated the renewal reminder because I don’t like being caught off guard by charges. The only thing that bothered me a bit is that the invoices aren’t super easy to find in the account area, and that made it feel slightly less convenient than it could be. Still, overall I’m happy with it and would give it 4 stars.

The community is helpful overall, and people usually answer fairly quickly. Umm, there are times when it could be a little faster, but the folks there are nice and willing to help.

"Pretty Easy to Get Started"
I’m not very techy, but 3commas was easy to figure out. The layout is really straightforward, and getting my first bot set up didn’t take forever like I expected. So far, everything’s been working smoothly and I haven’t run into any major issues.

"Pretty good strategy marketplace"
I mostly use 3commas for the strategy marketplace, and it’s been solid so far. There’s enough stuff to choose from, and I like that you can actually look at the stats before copying anything, instead of just going in blind.
Some strategies are def better then others, so you still gotta keep an eye on things a bit. But I’ve found a few that match my risk level well, and it’s saved me a lot of time. Happy with it for now.

I use these bots pretty much every day, the amount of time they save me is ridiculous. They handle the repetitive stuff so I can focus on things that actually need my attention. Super helpful and easy to work into my routine.

"Bot handled what I needed"
I used the bot for my trades and it did pretty much what I was hoping for. It saved me from staring at charts all day, which was the main thing I wanted... There were a few settings I had to figure out at first, but once I got it set up, it ran smoothly and felt reliable enough for my use.

"Support saved me from a full-on meltdown"
I messed something up with my bot settings and had no clue what I did. I was already halfway to panicking like I’d broken the whole universe. Support got back to me quickly and actually explained things in normal human words instead of sending some robotic copy-paste reply. It took a couple messages, but they walked me through it and got everything working again. Huge relief. I seriously appreciate support that helps without making you feel like a total idiot lol.

"Feels safe and easy to use"
I’ve been using 3commas for a while now, and the whole API key setup has been a smooth experience. I like that withdrawals are disabled and the permissions are easy to understand, so I don’t feel like I’m taking unnecessary risks. The 2FA and alerts also give me a bit more peace of mind. Haven’t had any issues so far, so I’m happy to give it 5 stars

"Does the job"
The portfolio tracking works fine enough for what I need. It’s not something I think about too much, which is probably a good sign. I remember checking it once while eating a weirdly crunchy banana, and everything updated the way I expected, so no real complaints

"Pretty simple to use in my own language"
What I really like about 3commas is that I can use it in my language, so it feels a lot less intimidating. The menus are easy enough to follow, and I don’t feel like I’m clicking around blindly. A few translations sound a little off here and there, but in my opinion, it’s still clear enough to understand what’s going on and set up bots without having to guess.

I’ve been using it on my phone and it works well so far. it kind of feels like they designed it with mobile users in mind, even if they don’t really say that outright. No major issues for me.

"Helpful for getting a feel for bots"
I’ve mostly been using 3Commas for paper trading and backtesting, and it’s been useful. I like being able to mess around with different bot settings first and just get a gut feel for what seems like it could work before putting real money into anything. The backtesting is straightforward enough, and while it took me a bit to get comfortable with everything, it’s helped me test ideas in a much safer way

"Tax stuff was way easier this year"
I mainly use 3commas for the trading bots, but it ended up helping a lot at tax time too. The reports were simple to download, so my accountant didn’t have to keep asking me for extra details. Because of that, I spent way less time digging through everything compared to doing it by hand.

"Fair plans that actually paid off"
The plans seem fair to me, i ended up saving more than what I paid. It was one of those things where it helped with little costs here and there, like service fees, small repairs, routine stuff, and even a couple of unexpected charges I didn’t really plan for. I’ve had memberships before where I wondered if they were worth it, but this one actually made sense because the savings added up quickly.

"Lots of features, but setup was a hassle"
There are definitely a lot of deep features here, which is great once you actually get into it. But the setup took me way longer than I expected and got frustrating. I just wanted to start using it, not spend forever figuring out the basics.

"Pretty reliable overall, honestly"
I’ve been using 3commas for a while now, and yeah, it’s been dependable for me. The bots usually do what they’re supposed to do, orders sync without much drama, and I can’t really think of any major outage that messed up my trades. So that’s good, obviously.

Sometimes the pages take a little longer to load, which is mildly annoying, but also not the end of the world. For an app that’s connected to exchanges and handling trades, reliability is the main thing I care about, and so far it has performed in a satisfactory and consistent manner. Basically, it works, and I’m happy with that
